The villa area

Our villas are situated on the 18 km long sandy beach on the sun-soaked western side of the island. You can enjoy long walks here, and on some beaches turtles come ashore to lay eggs. Koh Kho Khao offers beautiful scenery and woods, interesting bird life and magnificent sunsets. 

The tropical island of Koh Kho Khao is in Phang Nga province, and has a population of about 1300 in five small villages offering a variety of restaurants. The hotels on the island range from medium class to luxury class. Most of them are on the beach on the western side, have good facilities for both adults and children and are characterised by a peaceful atmosphere.

The villa area measures 10 400 sqm and is directly connected to its own beach. Unlike other holiday home projects out in the jungle, our seaside location brings cooling breezes for your comfort and well-being. The size of the plot of each house is 330 sqm. The houses have reliable air conditioning and a modern spacious and practical layout. Double-laned access roads with an ample width of six metres are being built down to the main swimming pool and the beach.
 

The main swimming pool measures 126 sqm (18m x 7m) and includes a spa / whirlpool bath and pool bar.
